Randomly logs you out and then just cycles unsuccessfully when trying to log back in so you can read the content you already paid for.

And they believe we should be paying for this subscription? I haven’t seen a change to the stories this app brings up in over a week. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother wasting your money.

Top stories do not update

Don’t see how opinions are called news... WOW... totally useless

Recently, the FDL reporter application seems like an after thought. Sometimes the articles/stories are not updated for days. If your lucky, you may receive one to two new articles for a particular day. Meanwhile, the Reporter’s Facebook account posts stories and updates numerous times each day. At this point the FDL reporter application feels redundant and irrelevant. I prefer to get my news through official applications instead of having to jump through extra hoops via Facebook. If these trends continue, I will be obligated to cancel my yearly subscription. Other local sources such as KFIZ are equally thorough and up to date while remaining free to the public. Competitors also seem to offer stories/articles through social media AND their own applications/websites equally.

9/20/20. Tried to open at least 20 time this morning but continually crashes immediately. Please fix. Thx

Hate that I have to log in every time I use it. Hate that it isn’t linked with Facebook

I’ve been a subscriber for 15+ years. The app has been crashing the last month! Written copy version also! It starts to load, get a glimpse of the page then disappears! Try over & over and continues to crash! Please fix this issue!! I am paying for a subscription I cannot use!!

If you want to look at obits or local sports scores or local stories you need to search through lots of pages and it is slow

Fix this app. Over the last month this app continually keeps crashing. I open the app and it immediately shuts back down. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. I’ve called several times about this and nothing is ever done about it.

Junk Cannot make or see comments. Hire someone who knows what they are doing!

Let’s people be aware of what is happening and it is fasnating

The paper has very little news information from around the country and so often focuses on the Stupid Packers and hardly mentions the Brewers even now in the pennant race. Get some decent writers!

Great app & perfect way to keep up on the news & happenings in my area.

The app is good in theory. More follow through is needed with news alerts.

App description does not appear to contain disclaimer that access requires subscription to newspaper. I have no problem with media outlets in this economy covering their costs with access fees, but they should be upfront about it.
